The Role
You will be based in a Display Village on the Gold Coast and will work in a team of 2-3 across 3 Display Homes. They have a very strong marketing campaign and an excellent reputation in the industry.
The role will involve:
- Greeting customers & finding a design to match their expectations
- Marketing yourself within the area – a real estate background would be favourable here
- Managing a high volume of online leads, securing leads, and achieving sales targets
- Maintaining a network of land developers, agents, and local community providers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
What you need
You will ideally possess the following:
- Strong experience and longevity working for a home builder & selling New Homes (in a Display Village environment)
- Ability to close sales
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Ability to work autonomously & within a team
- Strong administrative skills - working with contracts, housing plans and council requirements
- A professional and innovative approach to capture leads
