Creating House and Land Packages
Building relationships with referral partners
Meeting prospective clients

Contract Presentation
Data base / Capture leads
Consulting with customers to design their perfect home
Customer service
Key Requirements:
Experience in sales and/or construction
Local area knowledge
Strong local network base
HIGHLY motivated
Home design skills / building knowledge / Drafting / Interior Design background
A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills
Self Motivated
Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities
IT/Computer Savvy
Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle
Strong problem solving skills
