The focus is to work on providing residential homes for all levels of socioeconomic backgrounds, also from 1st time buyers, up to the higher echelon of custom homes.
The role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be in an exciting role to oversee the growth of a hungry sales team in ACT. The role will be concentrated on the marketing of Display Centres, with the usage of brand messaging & utilising the marketing tools available. Each display home location will require the relevant level of attention to build the brand across the region. You will have to show leadership skills to mentor sales team & external agents, as well as manage activity and performance levels.
Experience/Attributes:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience & attributes
- NSW REA Assistant Agent Certificate is essential
- Expert knowledge of residential construction from previous experience working with a residential builder (project home builder experience is advantageous)
- Ideally you will have experience being a Sales Manager for another builder
- Experience of managing & mentoring sales teams
- Ability to drive a high-performance culture\
