As part of our manufacturing team, you'll be involved in the process of converting raw materials into customer-ready products. You'll work alongside a diverse group of individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, personalities, and beliefs, much like the communities we serve.
Take Ownership over innovation of New Products and processes to maintain and grow a creative catalogue of products for our customers.
This role oversees end to end management of New Product lines for our food manufacturing facility including proof of concepts, market research, stakeholder communications and working with suppliers.
You will also:
- Work to Identify market insights and key market gaps
- Establish relationships across business units to leverage expertise and ensure a clear decision making process
- Develop key recipe and packaging information in a clear and compliant way
- Maintain an overall awareness of comparative products in across our major competitors
- Be involved in factory trials and launches
You will have:
- In-depth experience to Innovation and New Product Development experience within an FMCG environment
- Experience of navigating complex problems and problem solving in a manufacturing environment
- The ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholder groups
- The ability to present information both verbally and written
