Exciting career opening for experienced Food Technologist with a passion for NPD to join this national team. Responsible for the development of New Products and meeting customer requirements you will play a key role in contributing to projects, building relationships and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical expertise and advice to project teams
· Hands on Product Development and presentation
· Ensure technical and quality records are compliant
· Develop proactive relationships with customers and key stakeholders
· Project management - including management of progress, issues and milestones'
· Manage and work with allocated budgets
· Provide innovative NPD solutions to key stakeholders
· Ensure all regulatory and customer food standards are met
· Work as part of a high performing NPD national team
Key Criteria:
· Proven track record working at a similar level
· Meet product expertise essential
· Excellent understanding of stage gate system
· Appropriate tertiary qualifications
· Excellent technical skills
· Analytical, effective problem solver and strong project management skills
· Creative, proactive and excellent communicator skills
