About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a service driven individual to facilitate the integration of New Products, to our mining customers. Reporting to the Mining Product Support Manager this role is accountable for ensuring the integration of new mining machines, technology and products to ensure a seamless transition pre and post-delivery for our mining customers. This includes co-ordinating parts, tooling, training and supporting the needs of Cavpower departments as New Product and projects are delivered in territory. Travel requirements include our regional branches as well as ‘on-site’ for various customers throughout South Australian and Western NSW.

A self-starter who embraces new challenges and has the drive to achieve outstanding results. You have extensive mechanical knowledge, are tech savvy and can effectively tailor the communication of technical information to your audience.
Your Skills
To achieve great results, you will need to bring your skills and experience to the fore. This includes:
- Trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Experience working with / exposure to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's);
- Extensive problem-solving experience with the ability to interpret service manuals and schematics;
- Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic experience across a range of CAT products;
- Analytical with research ability and strong attention to detail;
- Familiarity with GPS and machine control technologies;
- Experience with and a good understanding of radio telemetry;
- Significant experience working with or exposure to Mining and Construction industries.
