As the Senior Oracle Cloud and Integration Specialist, you are responsible for managing and administering technical aspects of Nova's Oracle Cloud platform. You will ensure integrity, availability, and security of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure like OIC, PaaS databases, and custom applications with relevant security standards and guidelines.

Your responsibilities cover:

• Manage the day-to-day technical operations of Oracle system and associated platforms.
• Administer and monitor Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform which covers middleware products like PaaS DB, OIC, VBCS, DBCS
• Ensure integrity, availability, and security of Oracle Platform Infrastructure like OIC, PaaS databases, and custom applications.
• Manage integrations, custom VBCS applications and development of integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC)
• Troubleshooting and resolving environment performance, connectivity between platforms, and security issues
• Perform administrative tasks, such as post non-production environment refreshes.
• Manage support requests, escalating to support providers and vendors when required.
• Identify and document platform and system integration components for recording in the configuration management system.
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and tools in line with the agreed service design.
• Plan and drive activities to develop organisational platform, integration and build capabilities including automation and continuous integration.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage the adoption of tools, techniques, and processes to create a robust integration framework. Provide authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of systems integration.
• Assess risks and take preventative action. Measure and monitor applications of standards
• Assist the Oracle Platform Lead with strategic planning

We expect from you:

• 5+ years' experience of Oracle Cloud Administration and Technical System Analyst with strong understanding of ERP systems and concepts
• Experience with administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud platform including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services and integration development
• Extensive experience with PaaS services such as OAC, DBCS, and OIC (ICS, VBCS, PCS)
• Proficient in middleware development and administration, particularly in OIC
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages
• An ability to work extremely well under pressure while maintaining a professional approach.
• An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative, and actionable manner
• Excellent prioritisation capabilities, with an aptitude for breaking down work into manageable parts, effectively assessing the priority and time management
• Proven problem-solving ability, analytical mindset to think outside the square with initiative
• An ability to form trusted working relationships with key stakeholders
• Australian citizen, permanent resident, or work permit
