Col Crawfords is a prominent, family owned and operated car dealership on the Northern Beaches that has been running for over 56 years; it is a great environment for the next step in your career.
We are looking to employ a Sales Manager to run our Narrabeen sales operation, where experience in motor dealership sales/management would be advantageous or we believe the successful applicant could have a background in general retail and/or a customer service business. You will have leadership qualities and be able to motivate a sales team to achieve results. You will be personable and enjoy engaging with customers, be driven by targets, understand KPI’s and be able to plan, assist with training and development to maximise the performance of the operation.
The role will work closely with the Col Crawford Narrabeen Dealer Principal and be involved with the brand managers at Brookvale as well as other parts of the Col Crawford operation. The location of the dealership has local people to the area making up most of the staff as well as the customer base. It therefore offers a unique and pleasant work environment. Currently, the business operates 6 days a week. (not trading on Sundays)
Some highlights of the role you will be responsible for are:
- Achieving vehicle sales KPI's, productivity targets and customer service benchmarks
- Proactive management of the sales department and sales consultants
- Broad scope of dealing with 3 brands in their satellite set-up as well as Used Cars.
- Employee learning, development and training
- Online activity, managing internet pricing and each cars price point effectiveness (Used Cars)
- Used car reconditioning management to make the cars “lot ready”
