Based at Campbelltown in Southwest Sydney, Clintons are expanding operations and looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join the team.
The opportunity exists for the right candidate to take on a more senior Sales management role in the near future. Clintons is a Toyota heavyweight vehicle sales dealer. The right candidate will be joining an experienced and award-winning team.
As a well-respected dealer since 1945, the name Clintons has developed a strong relationship with the Macarthur community.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop and coach your teams
- Set sales targets
- Co-ordinating advertising programs with marketing
- Providing complete and informative weekly/monthly reports for Senior management
- Conducting performance reviews that provide clear feedback and direct assistance on delivery against KPI measures and drivers
- Maintaining your stock levels.
- Being pro-active with market conditions
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous or Current brand experience will be valuable
- Experience in a similar customer facing / customer service role
- Strong people management experience including coaching and mentoring others
- Exceptional planning and execution skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a high level of resilience
