We are seeking the services of an Assistant Used Car Sales Manager to lead and develop an aspiring Sales Team. Reporting to the General Manager this is an excellent opportunity for those with aspirations to accelerate their career within our multi-franchise operation.
We are looking for an individual who has strong customer service skills with a proven track record in automotive sales. You will be highly organised, a proactive thinker, have experience in managing a sales team and act as a motivating force to drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be computer literate and possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in automotive sales
- A passion for BMW and luxury cars
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous management experience will be highly regarded
- Strong customer service skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A strong work ethic
- A current drivers licence
- Committed and motivated
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the entire buying process
- Meet and exceed sales targets, by identifying and closing sales opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and test drives with potential customers
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of BMW products, services and financing options
- Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks associated with the sales process
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
- Contribute to a positive team culture and work collaboratively with other departments
