ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Tony White Group has a fantastic opening for an enthusiastic, energetic, and well presented TraineeUsed Vehicle Sales Consultant to join us in this exciting growth opportunity with our new TWG Cars business.
Reporting directly to our Sales Manager this role is primarily responsible for guiding customers through our buying process and providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating all activities that are associated with the sale and the delivery of all vehicles you sell
- Building strong relationships with customers and potential customers
- Knowing and understanding the sales process, including the value of each step
- Handling inquiries from sources such as the internet, phone calls, walk in traffic and referral business
- Achieving Sales and Gross Profit objectives
- Increase Finance & Insurance penetration and Aftermarket Sales - in line with objectives
- Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- A strong understanding of Sales processes and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and Customer service skills
- Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Immaculate and professional presentation
- Knowledge of vehicle resale values
- Driver's Licence essential
