Active One Health Professional Group is a multi-disciplinary medical and allied health service located in Frankston, Carrum Downs and Brighton. We have been operating for over 15 years and have earnt a reputation for providing our clientele with friendly, professional and innovative services that optimise clinical and lifestyle outcomes.
Our health professionals include, a GP, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and a Dietition. We also have a wonderful team of administrators.
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a New or Recent Graduate (Grade 1) OT in a permanent, full time capacity to launch your career with the team at Active One. Our focus is on developing you as a clinician (rather than focusing on unrealistic KPIs):
- Support of an on-site Senior OT team
- Daily clinical and professional supervision

Our offices are based in Carrum Downs and Brighton. We service an expanding geographical area, currently covering the Brighton Bayside, Frankston, Mornington Peninsula and Casey regions. Flexible working arrangements are in place, with the ability to be based at one or both office sites, as suits the individual, and work from home.
Our OT's specialise in a broad range of services including (but not limited to):
- Comprehensive Home Assessments
- Aids & Equipment Prescription
- Neurological and Clinic-based Upper Limb Rehabilitation
- Functional and Needs Assessments
- Medico-legal Assessment and Reporting
- Clinic-based OT Driver Assessments
- Learner Driver Program
Working as part of our OT team, the position involves the provision of community and clinic-based clinical assessments, interventions, education and report writing to clients, their families and other service providers. Services are provided to clients from the ages of 6 through to 100+, who present with variety of diagnoses including neurological, developmental and physical.

Remuneration:
We are offering a Grade 1 Salary Package; appointing the successful applicant into a salary position commensurate with their experience and offering above award salary (salary packaging options available).

Essential for the role:
- Current registration with AHPRA (or soon to be registered)
- Eligible for registration with OT Australia
- Eligible for registration with Medicare and NDIS (or soon to be eligible)
- Current and valid drivers licence
- Current Police Check, Working with Childrens' Check, NDIS Worker Screening and current First Aid and CPR certificates
