Form of workPullman Sydney Airport, a 5 star hotel located in Mascot at Sydney Airport is currently seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join our luxury property boasting 229 rooms and suites with extensive meeting facilities.
Your Role
With exceptional customer service skills, you will need to anticipate our guests' needs and strive to deliver a personalised, memorable service experience to every interaction, every guest, everyday!
As a Night Auditor, your over night shifts will include:
- Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests
- Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure
- assisting with In Room Dining and other guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
The successful candidate will have:
- Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guests’ stay
- Customer focus & strong communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Previous experience with a PMS - Opera or Fidelio & HOTSOS experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills, financial background or experience desirable
- Must be reliable with the ability to work a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts including weekends and public holidays
- A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for working with people from all over the world
