AddressAre you detail-oriented and passionate about data accuracy? We're looking for a dedicated Asset Data Validation Officer to join our team. In this part-time or casual role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our asset data.
Requirements:
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Open to recent graduates.
- Locations: Singleton and Williamtown Locations
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical inspections of assets across various base locations.
- Compare located assets with existing CMMS records to identify discrepancies.
- Update outdated asset information in CMMS, including barcodes, make, model, and serial numbers.
- Remove records for decommissioned or disposed assets.
- Create new records for assets found without existing data.
- Conduct final reviews of CMMS records for accuracy in consultation with the Data Remediation Lead.
Skills:
- Strong computer skills (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
