Pullman Melbourne on the Park is currently recruiting for a Night Manager to join our successful and dynamic Front Office team.
The Role
- Accurately auditing and balancing our hotel’s accounts overnight, which include accommodation, parking and food & beverage transactions
- Preparing various daily reports
- Supporting and delivering for guest arrival, departure and day to day experience needs of our guests, which may include some Housekeeping or Food & Beverage requests
- Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and our guests overnight
- You will also supervise, direct and support the front office teams with their daily activities, knowledge, development and promotion of associated hotel activities
