Francis Venues are looking for a Night Manager to join our growing Team. You will work on a rotating roster and you will be required to be available for morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts. Role is based at Kealba Hotel.
Working as a Night Manager, your main focuses and duties will be:
- Supervising staff & the gaming room
- Monitoring gaming operations for the venue
- Maintaining compliance and responsible gaming practices
- Night shift operations of the gaming room
- Solid cash handling proficiency
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience/Knowledge with gaming machines & systems
- A Customer first approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
About you:
You will be highly motivated and driven, and be responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of our busy Sports Bar/Gaming Room at Kealba Hotel. You will lead a team that is dedicated and passionate about our customers.
- experience in a similar role (advantageous but not essential)
- Keno experience (desirable)
- Ability to adhere to Covid-safe working practices
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Must hold a current RSA Certificate.
- Must hold a current RSG license/certificate
- Be flexible & available to work over a 7 day rotating roster.
