Night Shift Reception and Facilities Assistant

About Us:

Canberra Accommodation Centre is an accommodation provider committed to providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our guests and residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Night Shift Reception and Facilities Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Reception Work: Handle basic reception duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting guests and residents.

Guest and Resident Enquiries: Address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive experience for everyone during the Night Shift.

Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment. This includes common areas, reception space, and other designated areas.

Linen Stocking: Manage and replenish linen supplies as needed to ensure guests and residents have access to fresh and clean linens.

Security: Monitor premises and report any security issues or concerns promptly.

Skills Required:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.

Basic computer skills for handling reception tasks.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Ability to work alone and at night
