The Role
We are seeking applications from energetic, passionate, and highly committed individuals to join our team on a full-time basis working from our Nannup Therapeutic Community (TC). The TC is set on a 90-acre rural property surrounded by natural bushland.
The Night Weekend Supervisor will work with the residential team to provide a safe environment for all therapeutic community residents. They will maintain a presence within the community and be available to address immediate concerns, where appropriate.

Cyrenian House values people's lived experience of recovery from AOD issues (2 years minimum sobriety)
Level 2, $36.45 - $37.83 per hour
The successful candidate will require:
- An understanding of alcohol and other drug issues.
- Demonstrated capacity to maintain a secure environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to assert oneself effectively and maintain clear personal boundaries.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people from diverse backgrounds.
- Current “C” class Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Current National Police Certificate.
- Full work rights, mobile phone, Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
