About the role
We are currently seeking a Nightshift Senior Supervisor with experience in viaducts/ Structures to join us on the Byford Rail Extension Project.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage both direct workforce and subcontractors
- Achieve programme milestones within budget for plant, materials and overtime
- Assess progress and productivity and implement action for improvement
- Provide leadership to direct reports
- Adhere to Laing O’Rourke’s safety policies and procedures.
About you
- At least 3 years’ civil experience with a top-tier constructor in a supervisory role
- High-level skills in client-interface, coordination, time management and safety leadership.
