The opportunity:
The role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the service and leading a team to ensure exceptional pedagogy and professional practice.
As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for staff management, fostering professional relationships with families and the local community, delivering a high calibre program and ensuring that the service programs reflect the philosophy of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing services, implement exceeding programs that promote inclusivity.
The Candidate
You must have:
- ACECQA assessed Teaching Qualification + VIT
- Minimum of 3 Years of management experience in the ECE Sector
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, Early Childhood Legislations & experience implementing education programs.
