AddressLittle Tackers Child Care Centre is dedicated to providing a nurturing and safe environment for children to grow, learn, and play.
We are seeking a caring and experienced Nominated Supervisor to join our passionate team on a temporary basis to cover Parental leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff members.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, promoting professional growth and development.
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, enrolment, and staffing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in early childhood education or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
- Current Blue Card.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Prior experience as a Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor is highly desired.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with in a team environment.
