NRMA Insurance Sales and Service Consultant
This will be a customer facing role, working with a close-knit team that are supportive and aligned with NRMA’s values and objectives. We are a family owned and operated business with over 60 years of insurance experience.
You will be the first point of contact for all interactions from new and existing customers. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and deliver engaging customer experiences by providing solutions that protect our customers way of life.
This role will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday in our NRMA Insurance office in Casino.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of NRMA’s products and online system.
- Provide friendly, genuine and quality customer service.
- Update customer policies as per their requests
- Cross sell and up sell within boundaries of Anti hawking guidelines to meet customers insurance needs.
- Process payments and end of day balancing
- Manage telephone and email customer enquiries.
- Support achievements of the team and NRMA’S objectives by demonstrating NRMA’s core behaviours
- Engage in ongoing training and updates.
- Assist with claims enquiries.
- Refer complex situations to support team.
