Inbound Call Centre - Customer Service & Sales
Entry level Call Centre role based at NRMA Charlestown - Permanent FT (36.25 hrs). Work from Home available (Hybrid model) after training.

NRMA Insurance is based nationally and are looking to expand their growing team with experienced customer service professionals. We have multiple full-time positions available.
Your new role
Working in a fast-paced Call Centre, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, focusing on converting sales enquires and delivering retention outcomes through providing exceptional customer experiences.
You will be required to attend face to face training in our NRMA Charlestown office (fully paid) for 10 weeks. Work from home (hybrid) arrangements apply after training period.
Please Note: We cannot provide any time off during the 10-week training period.
This role is Monday - Friday, and availability is required between 8am to 8pm for an 8 hour shift. (rotating roster).
Shift pattern (example only) Mon 8:15-16:15; Tues 10:00-18:00; Wed 11:30 - 19:30; Thurs 12:00 - 20:00; Fri 9:00 - 17:00.
Essential Criteria
- Unlimited Broadband with a high-speed internet connection and a private office space in your home that meets WH&S requirements.
- You must live within 90mins from NRMA Charlestown Office as you will need to work from the office for training and as part of the hybrid working conditions.
- You will need to demonstrate strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage high volume inbound calls and work to KPIs.
- Ability to manage complaints and deal with challenging customer conversations empathetically and equitably.
- Be able to navigate multiple computer systems and software.
- Possess a resilient, courageous attitude with the ability to problem solve.
