The Nurse Clinical Coordinator – Wound Management provides specialised wound care, consultation and educational resource information to patients, significant others and staff, with respect to complex Wound Management. The position includes and is not limited to patient support and advice; development of policy and procedures; education and support of nursing staff across ASH; and working within the multidisciplinary team and relevant stakeholders. Occasionally this role may require consultation of ostomy patients, within scope of practice.
