Job Summary
Job Title: Cardiovascular Nurse Educator
Territory: VIC West
- Promote educational offerings to HCPs in primary care
- Record and respond to HCP enquiries regarding current educational programmes
- Deliver educational programmes to HCPs in the primary care setting
The Role
- We are looking for Registered Nurses to provide education to GP's and practice nurses within Primary Care.
- Field-based role, managing your own day in field.
- Support Nurses and other primary care professionals raising awareness of a specific chronic disease state and the treatment options and support available to their patients.
- Facilitate educational presentations to groups of primary care professionals and assist in implementing a recall program.

Profile description:
The Ideal Candidate:
- Full Australian driver's license.
- Nursing experience within primary care setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), engagement & presentation skills.
- Passionate, driven, positive and adaptable.
- Able to work autonomously and within a team.
- Organised and thorough.
- Strong computer literacy skills
