Responsibilities:
- Conduct dynamic lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions
- Oversee simulations and clinical placements, providing valuable guidance
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Implement fair assessment strategies, continuously monitoring and evaluating educational programs to enhance effectiveness
- Pursue continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills
- Foster effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Preferably 1 year of experience as a Nurse Educator
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated vocational competencies
- Commitment to maintaining vocational currency in nursing
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
