About the OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (General Ward) for the Katanning Regional Hospital.
This is a rewarding and interesting role where you will:
- Maintain advanced skills and competence in the provision of evidence-based nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care delivery within the acute and aged care setting.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing/Health Service Manager to monitor and control budget allocation, including the establishment of staffing roster profiles, the management of staffing levels, and associated resources for predicted occupancy.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate the quality program across the Health Service, including liaising within the region for collation and analysis of performance indicators particularly those related to the National Standards and Aged Care Standards.
