About the role
The After Hours Facility Manager (AHFM) represents the leadership team After Hours and is responsible for operational management of the facility including patient flow, bed management and staffing.
The AHFM is part of the management team supporting clinical staff in the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated clinical care; ensuring clinical care for the patient within the service is safe, well managed and of the highest quality and linking effectively to the in-hours management team to ensure care provided is continuous. The position is also responsible for a broad range of Nursing and Midwifery matters as well as ensuring appropriate emergency responses After Hours.
