The Role

We are seeking an experienced, friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team at the Gold Coast Skin Centre on a casual basis. This role is for approximately 1-2 days per week, with ability to cover sick and annual leave as necessary. Shift hours may fall between Monday to Saturday 7:30am to 5:30pm. The successful candidate will have previous medical reception experience.

In this role you will be:
Meeting and greeting patients
Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
Accurately entering patient data in
Processing payments
Managing phone and email queries
Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
Providing general administration duties as required

You are:

sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
authorised to work in Australia
