About the roleDay Procedure Unit at Angliss provides care for patients requiring general, gynaecology and ENT surgery. We also provide an Endoscopy service along with Obstetrics and Gynaecology. We are a high performing unit with a drive to provide excellent patient care and experience for our community. Currently we are undergoing a redevelopment of the site with 4 new theatres, CSSD, Day
Procedure Unit and a 32 bed inpatient ward.We are looking for a highly motivated
Nurse Manager to lead the team through this exciting time and provide an environment with a strong commitment to high quality evidenced based care.
About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:- Experience in the provision of healthcare excellence
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate qualifications in healthcare management or working towards this.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
