This role provides opportunities to develop new skills and engage in challenging work that can propel your career forward.Your New RoleWe are on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dyname Payment Investigations Team. The team is responsible for investigation and managing payment issues, funds transfers and flagged direct debits on behalf of the customter. No prior banking experience is necessary as you will receive comprehensive training for the role.Note: This is a 6 month role at the end of which you will transition across into a permanent position. Please only apply if you hold Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency.Your Day To Day Responsibilities
  • Investigating and resolving payment issues and incorrect fund transfers.
  • Liaising with other financial institutions and recovering funds where possible.
  • Processing and resolving payment cancellation requests, acknowledging the time sensitivity of transactions for key clients.
  • Ensuring precision and compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
  • Proactively liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders through appropriate channels to address outstanding issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Conducting essential administrative functions related to Payment investigations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of findings, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Your Skills And Experience
  • Exposure to banking or finance is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for banking is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Motivated to learn and advance your career.
Note: Successful applicants must commit to 6 weeks of full-time training in the office.Your Benefits
