About you:
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide leadership and direction within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Hub which facilitates a consistently high level of nursing care.
- Participate in the delivery of clinical care to individuals and groups through a facilitative, collaborative and inter-professional approach.
- Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
- Integrate direction and priorities for quality improvement into care that establishes a quality framework which supports achievement of evidenced based care outcomes for consumers/persons with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
