AddressHolmen's Health is a newly formed Telehealth Service online to cater for Men's Health.
We need a Nurse Practitioner to support the doctors in their daily tasks.
- Providing but not limited to:
- Providing high quality health care.
- Performing advanced health assessments.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as pathology results.
- Diagnosing health problems.
- Managing patients’ overall care.
- Prescribing medications.
- Making and receiving referrals to and from other health professionals.

Working from home or in the office is a flexible option.
