About the role:
This exciting position will see you manage our dynamic, multifaceted Integrated Aged Care Team, including our Transitional Aged Care Program, as well as a number of Clinical Nurse Consultant positions including Dementia & Dementia Delirium, Continence and Women’s Health; End of Life CNE, Community Occupational Therapy and Early Childhood and School Immunisation programs.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, organising, evaluating and delivering quality nursing care to our valued patients.

This role sits within Tamworth Community Health Service, and will be directly supported by our Service Manager, as well as our other Nurse Unit Managers. Professional support is also available from Tamworth Hospital's Director of Nursing as well as our strong network of other Community Health services and managers across Hunter New England Local Health District.
About You:
We are looking for a clinically sound Nurse Unit Manager. You will be discerning and a confident leader with strong interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to prioritise workload and make timely and effective decisions.

- Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA
