As a Sales Personal Assistant, you'll be working alongside one of our successful Sales Partners in our Inner Northern office. This is a busy and varied role that requires a desire to work and collaborate in a successful team environment. You'll be handling administrative tasks, conducting open for inspections, liaising & negotiating with buyers, database management and assisting at auctions among other roles. This is a 6 day a week role, so you need to be available Saturdays.
Although some real estate experience would be an advantage, we are looking for someone who takes pride in there work, a positive attitude and drive to succeed.
What you'll need
- Estate Agents Licence / Agents Representative Certificate required
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Some experience in real estate would be advantageous
- A strong client focus and shared values
- Great admin and people skills
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
- A desire to succeed within the industry
