The role: Lead and manage the coordination of patient care within the Northside Mental Health Clinic in accordance with best practice principles and within a collaborative multidisciplinary framework. Provide leadership in contemporary nursing practice and promote an environment conducive to innovation and change. Manage the financial, physical and human resources of the Northside Mental Health Clinic to achieve agreed service outcomes within the allocated budget. Monitor, manage and report on Northside performance and activity levels.
