Your Opportunity:
The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is accountable at an advanced practice level for leading and coordinating the Jacaranda Place Adolescent Unit to achieve best practice standards for clinical practice, patient centred care within a Healthcare team and is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient human, material and financial resource management. The NUM position forms part of a core Jacaranda Place leadership team that includes the ADON, Medical Director and Team Leaders, and is collectively responsible for establishing and driving a positive workplace culture.
