The role In this role, you will hold accountability for adhering to the standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Board Australia, ensuring high-level leadership and management in the formulation, execution, and evaluation of strategic workforce initiatives pertaining to Mental Health, alcohol, and Other drug services. This entails providing counsel on innovative service delivery models, interdisciplinary team education, and workforce capability. You will spearhead the implementation of policy changes, professional standards, and accreditation measures to bolster workforce capacity and service delivery in alignment with Queensland's Mental Health reform agenda, including active participation in cross-divisional teams and partnerships with key stakeholders to address workforce challenges comprehensively. Moreover, you will champion state-wide service and workforce reform endeavours, steering clinical education strategies, and advocating for policy enhancements to fortify the sustainability and proficiency of Mental Health and Alcohol and Other drug nursing services.
