About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused, providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team based in Henderson. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Enforce rules and bi-laws, including moving people on where necessary
- Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required
A sign on and retention bonus is also on offer for candidates who apply and hold a current NV1 clearance. The sign-on and retention bonus comprise a $500 incentive after completing over 60 hours of work upon commencement, and a $250 bonus for every three months of continuous service (Maximum of 4 payments). The three months will commence after surpassing 60 hours of work. (subject to further terms and conditions).
Skills and experience
- You must hold a current NV1 clearance to be considered for this role
- Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Current WA driver's license
