We are seeking a professional, flexible and resilient Safety & Wellbeing advisor to join the team. This role will provide support to the safety team and is responsible for RTW case, administration and data maintenance of injury/incident/claim.
Key responsibilities
- Manage effective administration of claims management and return to work program.
- Provide support to managers on legal compliance regarding workcover.
- Coordinate Health and Safety programs.
- High Stakeholder engagement with external bodies.
- Recommend process improvement.
Key requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Health and Safety.
- Must have experience in Return to work case management, injury prevention and claims management.
- Ability to work autonomously in a tight knit team.
