About the Role
As an Occupational Health RN, you'll be at the forefront of providing essential first-aid, early intervention, and workplace health services for all employees. Your role will involve coordinating injury prevention and management activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a safety-first culture within the organization.
Details
- Up to $100,000.00 per annum base rate (dependent on experience)
- Permanent role
- New Graduates are welcome to apply
- Less than 3 hours from Melbourne!
- Relocation assistance can be negotiated or drive in/out of Melbourne
- Monday to Friday role from 6am to 3pm
- First Aid & Health Centre Management: Administer emergency and routine first-aid treatment, maintain health centre equipment, and oversee workplace drug & alcohol testing.
- Pre-Employment Assessments: Coordinate assessments to ensure candidates' capacity matches role requirements, minimising workplace injury risks.
- Return to Work & Injury Management: Assist injured workers with recovery and return to work services, collaborating with health practitioners to develop effective return to work plans.
- WHS Implementation & Injury Prevention: Provide hazard management advice, deliver injury prevention programs, and educate workers on health and wellness practices.
- Current registration with AHPRA, no restrictions
- Current first aid and CPR certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of WHS regulations and injury management practices
