Role Overview:
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, predominantly focusing on pediatric clients presenting with neurodiverse conditions such as autism, developmental delay and ADHD. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support a small caseload of adults presenting with psychosocial disabilities, including depression, anxiety, personality disorder, and schizophrenia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide intervention services to clients across the lifespan.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and holistic support for clients.
- Empower individuals to achieve their goals, enhance their independence, and improve their overall quality of life.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Salary dependent on experience - above award
- Salary packaging up to $15,900
- Flexible work hours (part-time or full-time)

- Optional 9 day fortnight or monthly RDO

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Experience working with pediatric and adult populations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- An approach to healthcare that prioritises the individual's needs and preferences
