Kids Shine is a small mobile provider of occupational therapy and speech pathology services.
We work with children aged 0–10, specialising in supporting children with disabilities. We provide therapy supports in homes, schools, and community settings in the northern suburbs of Perth.

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and organised Occupational Therapist who has a genuine love for working with children and their families.
We welcome applicants looking for full-time or part-time work. Days and hours are flexible, with most work occurring during school terms. We are currently offering a six-month contract, with the possibility of converting your role to permanent after this time.
In this role, you will be required to:
- complete high-quality clinical assessment, clinical documentation, and report writing.
- deliver client-centred therapy supports in the areas of regulation, sensory processing, mealtimes, self-care, play and social connections, and fine motor skills.
- provide coaching for caregivers, working towards meaningful inclusion and participation.
- work autonomously from your home between client visits.
- have excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within teams.
- have excellent organisation and time management skills.
Requirements
- We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running, with a minimum of two years’ experience as a paediatric Occupational Therapist.
- You must have a current AHPRA registration, basic First Aid, a Working with Children Check, and a national police clearance.
- As we are a mobile therapy service, you must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between clients within Perth’s northern suburbs in your own vehicle.
