In this newly created role within MS Queensland’s allied health team, the Occupational Therapist will amplify our dynamic multi-disciplinary team and tailor occupational therapy services to our valued customers. The role will be working in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team in assessing customer needs, developing clinically appropriate care plans and the delivery of high impact treatments.

This is a full-time role including a combination of working from home, in clinic and out in the community (and time is also allocated for notes and report writing). This role is for a period of 12 months and has capacity to become permanent in future.

About you:- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA Registration
- Clinical experience working with people living with a progressive neurological condition would be advantageous.
- A developmental, interactive approach to the practice of the MS Queensland’s Allied Health services
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, MS and its effects
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills with strong teamwork value orientation
A NDWS clearance and completion of NDIS Online Worker Training Module will be required for this role (prior to commencement).
