Position:Occupational Therapist Location: Wangaratta/Northeast Region, Victoria,Australia

With a commitment totranslating evidence-based practice, we offer dynamic programs that includerobotic therapy, equine-assisted therapy, outdoor gardening and cooking groups,and therapy sessions. Our primary goal is to ensure our participants reachtheir optimal functional potential. To support our dynamic service deliveryapproach and unleash our clinicians' expertise, we provide a dedicated practicemanager who handles tasks such as invoicing, diary management, and report setupfor our clinicians.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough assessments and devise tailored treatmentplans for clients
• Deliver high-quality therapy services, including individualand group sessions, across various settings
• Demonstrate andpromote valuable skill sets and experience to enhance business operations
• Provide therapyservices in diverse environments, encompassing both clients' homes and centres,ensuring accessibility
• Collaborateeffectively with a supportive multidisciplinary team to maximize clientoutcomes
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in OccupationalTherapy
· Minimum of 4-5 years of experience, with apreference, but not limited to, community rehabilitation and the NDIS sector
· Current registration with the Australian HealthPractitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solvingskills
· Ability to work independently and as part of acollaborative team
· Proficiency and confidence in utilizing technology,including laptops, hotspot connections, and online software programs.
