This organisation is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their expanding team. Jump into a clinic that is commited to all aspects of aged care and disability support including home care, respite care, living independently at home, disibility and NDIS.
You will be providing high quality occupational therapy services in a hybrid role that is shared between the clinic and on-site visits. Collaborate with other Allied Health professionals and be the head of your own specialty!
This role has never existed before, but due to the rapid expansion and growth of the facility, they are looking for an Occupational Therapist to jump into their clinic.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop individualised care plans and therapeutic interventions
- Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and assistive devices
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to establish achievable goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions
ABOUT YOU
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration and license
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy serices, preferably in aged care or community settings
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work automonously and in a collaborative team
- Possess/willing to obtain a Current National Police Record Chec and NDIS workers screen check
- Working knowledge of NDIS and My Aged Care HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Qualification/s in bathroom modifications HIGHLY DESIRABLE
