InMotion Group is a multidisciplinary clinic that provides therapy services to the community. This role is based at our Narellan clinic, South-West of Sydney and you will be part of our Life InMotion team which offers therapy services to adults and be part of our multidisciplinary team.

About the role:
- Conducting Initial Assessments
- Developing goals with clients and other parties such as family members, case workers and other allied health practitioners
- Providing community-based Occupational Therapy Assessments to your clients such as Care Needs/ Functional Assessments, Home Assessments for minor modifications, Assessments for Assistive Technology
- Report writing: Assessment Reports, Progress Reports, Discharge Summaries, Housing NSW assessments, Assistive Technology and Minor home modifications
- Working closely with clients, their families, and our multi-disciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Support Coordinators
- Provision of therapy/ capacity building services, for example daily living retraining, equipment set up and training, upper limb/ stroke rehab therapy
- Working under My Aged Care, NDIS, Medicare, Private and compensable insurance schemes
Position Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- Has or willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Check
- Current Drivers’ Licence & own car
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
The role requires travelling to clients homes/aged care facilities and day programs so access to your own car for work and a drivers license are a requirement of the role. KM allowance provided in addition to salary.
