The Role
- Perform assessments and interventions for a variety of conditions e.g. academic skills, intellectual strengths and weaknesses behavioral, and emotional regulation in children and adolescents
- Support for persons/families with developmental disabilities social skills and communication difficulties
- A mix between clinic community and rural settings
- Fly in/out drive in/out to rural settings every few weeks - with overnight expenses paid, including meals and accommodation
- 50/50 caseload between adult and paediatric clients
- Participate in social work events with a fun and family-like team
- Induction and onboarding program - NDIS, cultural, intro to the organization, one-on-one time with a team member and a supervisor
- Support tailored to your needs and level of experience
- Weekly/ fortnightly catch-ups with your supervisor
- Whole team meetings, every month, to foster collaboration
- Earn between $95,000 - $100,000 + super + outstanding bonus incentives and salary-sacrificing options up to $19,000!
- $10,000 PD allowance per year!
