We are looking for a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. We believe in providing holistic, family centred therapy to our clients and their families. We support a diverse range of clients predominantly children with developmental delays, developmental trauma, challenging behaviour and neurodiversity. 

Led by our Director Alyce Svensk, we believe in providing best practice support to our clients and use a model of best fit for our families. Therefore we offer a wide variety of therapy approaches including; DIR/ Floortime, COOP Approach, sensory processing strategies, handwriting interventions and parenting programs.

We believe in nurturing our therapists skill sets to ensure they are able to effectively support their clients, by working 8/9 day fortnights, ensuring our therapists have adequate administration time, processing time and general administration time. We provide a CPD budget, in house training, clinical supervision and an in house peer mentoring program. We are also able to build your ideal caseload across the paediatric age range and diagnostic groups. in addition to this, our support is tailored to your needs! 

Our management team check in with you weekly to ensure you are managing the workload, therapy load and growing as a therapist. 

Our Practice Manager and admin team work hard to ensure you are well supported in your day to day role, managing client interactions, payments, scheduling etc

This role requires a passionate and dedicated therapist who has a growth mindset and can commit to working across our Tuggerah, Belmont and Boolaroo clinics. We also offer mobile supports across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie. 

Experienced therapists, those new to paeds and new graduates are welcome to apply.

• Working with children check 
• Police check 
• NDIS Worker screen check
