The opportunity:

We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapy contractors to join our team on a full time or part time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapy Team contractor, you will:

• Conduct client assessments & therapy from paediatric to adult clientele depending on your experience and interests.
• Be able to work independently and efficiently
• Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
• Be flexible and comfortable to work in the community
• Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
• Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.
   

Key Requirements:

To be successful in the role of an Occupational Therapy contractor, you will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist with at least 12 months in the community.
• Be able to understand new systems and processes in an efficient manner.
• Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
• Have an ambitious personality and be able to think of innovative ideas solve day to day problems.
• Demonstrate a willingness to progress your career from a clinical perspective if required.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Be able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.
• Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.

Salary expectations:

Full-time: $95 to $105 per hour including super
